Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 days to handcraft and ship beaded orders.

Shipping Responsibility:

The customer maybe responsible for all associated costs, including:

• Shipping the damaged item back to us for assessment repair.
• Shipping the repaired item back to the customer.

Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to get processed. 

Shipping overseas may take up to 3 weeks when shipped normal, if express shipping is required, this cost will be included in your item cost.
